Angkat, tiriskan. Sisihkan. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan cabai rawit hingga harum. Masukkan udang, peterseli, dan garam. susu kental manis putih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;campur tepung terigu, gula, garam, vanili, baking powder hingga rata, masukkan telur lalu tuang  air sedikit2 sambil diaduk hingga licin. diamkan +/- 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;siapkan cetakan martabak diatas api kecil, tunggu sampai panas, olesi dgn mentega tipis2.&lt;br /&gt;masukkan adonan hingga 1/2 wajan, dgn sendok melamin putar adonan sedikit hingga ketepian wajan.&lt;br /&gt;tunggu hingga adonan mulai berlubang2, taburi gula pasir, tutup wajan &amp;amp; Cuci beras, masukkan kepanci, tambah air hingga permukaan air kira2 1 ruas jari diatas beras.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masak diatas api sedang hingga jadi aronan (sekitar 10 menit)&lt;br /&gt;3. Kami ganti wraper nya pake Roti Canai, Capati, Tosai, Naan, ato roti apa aja yg biasa ditemukan di kedai kopi Mamak. Kalo ga nemu juga, wraper nya bisa pake crepe/ roti dadar tipis yg bikin sendiri. Jadi mudah &amp; senang saje tu.. Wraper spt diatas.&lt;br /&gt;   2. 500 gr minced top lean beef ato daging ayam diiris tipis melintang.&lt;br /&gt;   3. bell pepper merah kuning ijo, buang biji &amp; membran putihnya, potong sedang.&lt;br /&gt;   4. 3-4 garlic haluskan, 2-3 big red onion potong sedang&lt;br /&gt;   5. 1 pack „Old El Paso“ ato merk apa aja u/ seasoning Chili ato Taco.&lt;br /&gt;   6. 1 kaleng pinto beans - kalo suka, tapi kami ga pernah pake, krn bikin banyak gas perut.&lt;br /&gt;   7. Air secukupnya – kalo suka spt resep aslinya, tapi kami ga pernah tambah air.&lt;br /&gt;   8. Iceberg Lettuce iris tipis memanjang&lt;br /&gt;   9. Tomato salsa : fresh tomato iris cubed 1 cm, campur dg pressed garlic, garam, cuka &amp; oregano.&lt;br /&gt;  10. Guacamole : daging alpuket haluskan, campur dg air 1 lemon &amp; red onion cincang.&lt;br /&gt;  11. Grated Cheese, grated carrot, sour cream.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Caranya: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Goreng bahan 4 sampe harum, masukkan bahan 2. Rebus Macaroni dalam air mendidih sampai matang, beri minyak dikit supaya tdk lengket.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumis bawang bombay n bawang putih dengan mentega sampe harum baunya dan layu, masukkan corned beef, tumis sampe matang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahin kaldu ayam, garam, gula, merica &amp; pala, aduk lagi, lalu masukkan saus tomat, aduk, masukkan 3 butir telur kocok, aduk rata, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Siapkan saus putihnya: lelehkan 1 sdm mentega, masukkan 50 gr tepung terigu, aduk cepat agar tdk bergumpal. float: left; cursor: pointer;" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/4831/1459/200/Photo0313.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lebih 7 tahun tinggal diperantauan, saya yang tadinya ngga pernah masuk dapur (kecuali buat ngambil minum/makanan dikulkas) akhirnya terpaksa belajar masak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trial and error, awalnya begitulah.. untung aja suami saya cukup sabar, selalu memuji dan menyemangati saya jikalau masakan yang baru saya uji coba kurang memuaskan hasilnya. Sampai akhirnya dia "kepincut" sama masakan saya, sampai2 sering ngundang temen2 kantornya nyicipin masakan saya... &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;*promosi ya promosi, capeknya itu lho!!..&lt;/span&gt;* tapi nggak apa2, saya seneng juga kalo semua orang akhirnya mengakui masakan saya enak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Banyak juga yg kemudian minta resep, ada yg bener2 dicoba, ada yg cuma hobi ngumpulin resepnya doang, ngga pernah dipraktekin. Nah, sangking bosennya saya saben kali dimintai resep, ya akhirnya saya buka blog resep dapur saya aja deh! saya sih maunya nulis resepnya dlm bhs indonesia aja, tapi banyak juga peminat masakan saya yg bukan org indonesia... jadi ya, mau ngga mau bikin dua versi aja kali yee???...
